Where We Ship

We ship orders to any U.S. or APO/FPO address. We cannot ship to U.S. territories from our U.S. site. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address or a post office box may require additional time for processing and delivery.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer the following shipping options for orders through USPS:

 USPS First Class Package | 1-3 Business Days* (13.0z or less)
 USPS Priority Mail | 1-3 Business Days*
 USPS Priority Mail Express | Next Day Ship- 2 business days*

USPS International Shipping Standard | 7-15 business days*

 USPS Media Mail | 2-8 Business days* (BOOKS ONLY)

 **All shipping prices and estimated shipping time-frames are calculated at checkout. Time-frames may vary depending on location.*

**Please know we are not opened on Saturdays and no orders will be processed or ship on this day**

 

    *We ship Business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day. Order with address change can take more time to process and can incur delays.

    **Subject to availability based on your delivery location.

    Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may only be shipped via Ground. 

     

    International Shipping

    Currently www.splendorousstrokes.com does not ship internationally and ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.

    Splendorous Strokes does not ship to U.S. territories, international re-shippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses. We can cancel any orders that violate our standard shipping policies. All canceled orders will be refunded.

    We do NOT accept returns for international orders at this time. Please contact us for help if you need to return your order.

    Note: Prices can vary for international shipping at checkout depending on the destinations. Also, all international customers will be responsible for custom fees and duties per country destination. Splendorous Strokes will not refund any custom fees or duty fees for international purchases. **At this time we do not ship internationally on our homesite www.splendorousstrokes.com.
